Stellings Extension Boxes

Anyone know the part number for the pillow block bearings in a stellings extension box? if I remember correctly there are 2 bearings, different I think? I used to have a diagram that they sent me listing all the componants and part numbers but I can't seem to locate it. They are no longer in business right? I also need the water neck pieces for inside the boxes.

check out sanger boats. I think one of the Stellings kids works there. She was able to get me that carrier and bearing set up.

Thanks, I assume they have a web site? I'll look. I think it's a Borg Warner part(the pillow block assy) I just don't feel like tearing it apart just to get the numbers off of it. Rather have the new bearings in hand and make it a one day job.

Pull it all out and put longer shafts on your drives. Saves drive problems, so then you can do coupler.
That is what we did.

I have 4 full sets of internals somewhere between here and Smith Power.
One set has less that 100 hrs

The water neck is a casting, but I would just make them out of stainless .

I have (1) National 40520S
(2) SKF 6209-Z-C3 Bearings

My set up is complete custom. I used Drive line bell housings, couplers and drive shafts to the pillow blocks after moving the engines forward for balance. Engines sit low in the boat for better Center of gravity. I didn't like the metal coupler set up which stellings calls drive savers, lol.

So the 6209 bearings are the right ones? I thought so. SKF is right here in Philly but thanks anyway. Is that national number a cross over?

I took the number right off the seal.
It should be a $5.00 part at a bearing supply house my cost is $4.90
