TRS transom assembly hole size

The studs on the transom assy are 1/2 what is the acceptable oversize for drilling the holes in the transom?

5/8, bravos use 7/16 studs and the drill size is 9/16

thank you thats what i thought, i drilled to 9/16 and it fits but could use some wiggle room
