I believe it will. That guy is a member here who has a good reputation. I bought mine from him. He will probably respond but I believe eh screen name here is whoya (something)

I emailed him last night and he responded immediately and said he thinks....I just wanted to know so I thought some may be able to tell me for sure.

Whoya2350 is the sellers name on eBay maybe the same here

I got mine there. It was a kit that came with extra tools to service the transom assy.
