Bravo 1 LowWater conversion?
 

Hey everyone I am tired of sucking up sand when I am in Destin. So much sand it will clog the hose. I have a bravo1 with LWP only. Can I drill side water pickup holes in this lower and solve my problem? If I can how could I plug the slits in the front of the unit?

So $800 and you keep my current case? I was hoping to get a fix to my problem for like $100 bucks. Swap for a used case or get a sea strainer or drill my current case.

what if you got something like an old TRS transom pick up? or does the bravo want the water flow through it for drive cooling?
