drive height on a straight bottom boat

Im looking for a little input on drive height on a 31ft straight bottom sutphen I have the boat de rigged and im getting a lot of opinions on the height im running with extension boxes on my boat ive been around several with a prop shaft height of 3-4 inches I will be running mine at 3.5 prop shaft below bottom of the hull and this from my math will have part of a prop blade surfacing when is running on plane.
Im afraid of getting the drives to high and pulling the props out of the water when turning. this is my first attempt with set up on a twin drive set up. I don't have a lot of boats to compare to in my area. I have measured a couple other boats and I see .5 below to 4'' below. hoping to catch the attention of some sutphen guys that have tried and true results. this is a bravo boat with 12'' boxes and 36 drive centers.

Thanks in advance guys!

Call Richie and talk to him. I've ran the old f2 boat and a couple singles, the f2 was rigged real high with boxes, the singles fairly deep.

I had a nice conversation with Richie this afternoon. he gave me a wealth of information about my set up.
