Chipped teeth no big deal just make sure case has not seen explosion younwill know when apart... the bearing carrier isn't the issue it's the stress in gear area allows flex worse when already stressed

Default Exploded Gears

I really appreciate your come back because the TRS has been pretty good up to this year in that I went through 3 gear sets in different cases!!!

Default Gear Hardness

Could one of the remedies to gear failure have to do with,that the metal hardening process isn't deep enough on the gears???????? Could sending new gears out for additional hardening help out????
