Cliff notes.

- bought 2 showers
- had to send one hose back as it was kinked
- ran for around 30 hours.
- at Boyne Thunder the fitting came out of the top plate and got in my props and beat the hell out of my swim platform.
- overnighted new props to the rental to make the run
- called Aaron and told him what happened and asked only for a new hose and new top plate
- had to follow up with him several times to be sure he was shipping
- said he had to charge me "something" but didn't know how much
- pissed I gave him my CC
- the next day I checked my CC and saw a 170 charge from them

Took the plate as well as the other one to a welding shop and they said the weld looked awesome but wasn't penetrating the fitting. He re welded the side that wasn't yet broken and inspected the replacement and said the weld was fine and required nothing.

Never would I do business with them again.
