Thanks for all the info and looking out for me guys.
I have a pump for proper filling methods and I built a locked up OMC Cobra drive on my first boat but I have not been inside the Bravo series yet. When I was out cleaning the boat I noticed the tell tale signs of hot drives after running fast with 8 people on board. We were not even running full throttle so it surprised me to see the signs so soon and I was looking around the lowers to find the drain plug; that is what started my question. My plans were to put showers on these B1's but I am very motivated to get it done fast now.

With the cold and snow my weekend is shot to move ahead on drive oil change but I will get it done. These drives have 700 hours on them without showers so I am a little concerned about what I will see when I drop the oil out of them. Hopefully nothing that makes me have to tear it down and only change the oil and get the shower mounted.
