What do you need to setup a LS engine to Bravo1 drive?
 

Bellhousing same as SBC/BBC of course

Ayuh,..... A cast iron flywheel, a Bravo coupler bolted to it, 'n the flywheel cover,.....

So your sayng a stock Camaro flywheel, and all the original stuff that bolted it to BBC and it all jives?

I thought there was an issue with the crankshaft being a slightly different length too, or would that just pertain to an automotive transmission.

Members TimMoore and Corey331 speak a lot there and they both have LS's in their boats.

Just got down (last week) bolting a bravo onto a LS, I used a manual flywheel, and the bolts lined up perfectly to the bravo coupler, I did have to drive the dowel pins out of the flywheel as they weren't in the correct spot. You have to grind the back side of the bravo bell housing down to clear the rear main bolts, they stick pass the bellhousing flange about .125"

That and you can only use 5 bolts not 6 to bolt it in. Not a big deal.

Can you measure the width of the engine from outside of one exhaust manifold to the other. I'm contemplating a future project with twin LS engines where there use to be 4 cylinders and curious if the LS engines will fit without having to recut the transom to make the engine spacing bigger.

28" outside to outside. If I remember correctly its a little narrow then a SBC.
