Default 2004 bravo drive shift shaft leaking oil....how hard to repair?

I pulled the drives to get ready for the season and I had gear oil pooring out of the shaft that the shifter cable is attached to. I am assuming I have a seal that is bad because I don't remember ever seeing this before when I pulled a bravo. Any special tools needed to replace the shifter seal?

How difficult is it?

Any links to how to?

Thanks.

Not that hard and can get by without any special tools so long as the seal is the only thing that needs replaced. I just did the same thing last season to my 22 year old boat
