Sounds like this is the problem. Mine was leaking too. It had hit the upper drive a bit and scored the rod.

You need the rebuild kit from Paul... Zieger has special parts. My local place couldn't find the parts needed (something about the taper if I remember correctly) so I had Paul drop ship directly and they rebuilt.
