Default Transom assembly removal

Anyone have any recommendations on the best way to get a stuck transom assembly off? I have the inner transom plate off already. The rest will not separate from the outer transom. I’ve already worked up to beating on the bolts with a 4x4 and small sledge. Won’t budge and I’m getting to the point I think I’m going to cause serious damage. No noticeable silicone holding it on either.

I used a comealong to the truck. One click at a time nice and easy. Once it started a little bit I use a real thein scraper on the edges

So many folks think they need to use sealant on them, so make matters worst. Sure hope they haven't, but like the idea of a come a long

My usual recommendation is the liberal use of high explosives. if using the come along method. try to pull as straight back as possible and dont try to pull it in one fell swoop.... put pressure on it, let it sit for a bit,, a little more pressure....., lather, rinse, repeat....

I like the explosives idea the best. I’ll attempt the come along, after that I’m waving the white flag. Off to the local drive guy it’ll go. Thanks for the reply’s

Any way to find out what was used to seal it in case it has been off since originally being installed when built? If someone used 3M 5500 and you pull on it with a come along, you may be looking at delaminating the glass. If 5500 or similiar was used there is a product which deactivates it for easier removal.
