OMC cobra to Bravo 1 conversion questions and part search

I am swapping a 260hp sbc/ OMC Cobra drive on a 1985 Scarab 1 to a 383 sbc/early 90’s bravo 1. I have the complete drive including the upper/lower, gimbal housing and inner transom plate. These parts are installed on the hull already and I need to know what parts are interchangeable.

Can an I use my omc trim pump?

Which shift assembly will I need?

Can I use my omc steering ram?

Electronics will be wired semi independent similar to a race car, naturally using all marine switches/breakers.

I am very new to sterndrives so any help will be greatly appreciated.
