Default Bent skag

So the port side drive has a significantly bent skag. I found a new lower case on craigslist, how much work is it to swap everything over?

You can get a new skeg welded on.

I wouldn't trust that on a performance boat.
How bad is it bent?
Can yo remove the drive and place the skag on a large block of wood and using a BIG dead blow hammer you might be able to bend it back depending on how bad it is.
I have done this for small deflections.

Leave it on the boat and take two 2xs and clamp them around the skeg with C clamps and slowly straighten the bend .. 2 or even 3 c clamps ...
