Trim Cylinders / Trim
I purchased a boat in December that has a 350 Mercruiser 5.7L Magnum Alpha One. I didn't realize it had a crack in the block and had to replace the engine. Before pulling the engine out the trim cylinders and trim worked fine, now that I swapped the engine out I have no power to the outdrive and cant get it to go up and down neither with the trailer switch or the trim button on the throttle control. I believe I have missed a wire somewhere or connected it back wrong. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Don't know what year the boat is, so this is general info
Trim has 2 wires, one Black and the other Red, both are about 10 AWG. The Red goes to a 90 amp fuse connected to the starter post with the battery. The Black goes to the engine block stud which is on the flywheel cover.
The trim motor (if new enough) will have a 110 a,p fuse and a 20 amp fuse
