bravo 3 trim in reverse

Ok, issue is i blew a bravo 3x upper, ended up buying a whole new unit. had mercury pro install a new unit, noticed the oil ran out for the trim so topped it up, it has gone down a bit more but has oil. It orginally went up an down no issues, now when going forward it wont hold trim up, In reverse the leg raises up. is it the pump? or have they not connected a hose on the unit or something when they installed the new unit.

i went back to them they said they would of installed it correctly, maybe the pump, and now they are too busy to come have a look.

My big issues is getting the boat out at this time of the year is difficult. so if it is the pump or something inside that would be useful. I am guessing the bravo 3 doesn't have a reverse lock or anything. could it be a airlock

The trim system is self bleeding, have you trimmed the system FULL up and down several times?
