MercTrans Cable Ends?

I'm ordering shifter cables and not sure what the ends should be. I'm assuming standard cables but I need the ends as pictured below? I've done a lot of searching and found this picture here but I can't seem to find out what this end is (part number, etc..). I don't have the old cables at all.
