TRS drive

Hello

I helped get a friend's boat out the water with a problem on the right transmission

COUGAR 38 US1 with Mercruiser Perf 370 with TRS

We thought first of all about a Velvet gearbox problem !!! Fault ..

The drive is very cooroded, the ring is out, even the oil is leaking

Even on the side, a small internal corrosion hole !!

TRS parts have become rare !!

They're about $10k each for the drive and conversion bell.
