Bravo 1 Lower Rebuild

Hey,
Long story short, the person before me hit a rock with the original lower on the boat (Bravo 1x upper / Bravo 1 lower)... And swapped the lower for an imco -2. I have the original lower, but the skeg is chipped and the prop shaft is no good.

My question is how hard is it to rebuild a bravo 1 lower, and where can I find rebuild kits? I've been searching around and can't find much on it.
Another route I was going to take was to buy a bravo 1 lower new from SEI. I would rather not though, because it's not OEM Merc. Does that matter or are those lowers just as good? They do have 3 year warranty's, but I'm still skeptical
thanks in advance

I bought both port and starboard trim cylinders for Bravo 1 and a set of braided hydraulic lines from SEI. I also bought four relays for the trim pump. The paint on the trim cylinders faded some. That said everything still works after 3 years.
