Merc trans 2 seal kit
 

Does anyone know where to get a merc trans 2 seal kit. It’s in a 1977 Donzi x18 330 trs 454.

I bought one from canada shortly, but it's very hard to find one nowadays.

I measured all gaskets and parts and can give you the dimensions and part numbers for the radial shaft seals.
The following is what I got:

1x SKF 9843, CRWA5 R
1x SKF 10050, CRWA1 R
1x paper gasket for the contol valve housing ca.160x104mm (cut out/punch out)
1x paper gasket for the transmission cooler on the side, 80x80mm out, 60x60mm inner cut out
1x large sealing ring in the cut profile 2.4mm high, 4.8mm wide. Outer diameter approx. 115mm
1x O-ring, outer diameter 80mm, 3.5mm cord size
2x O-ring, outer diameter 87mm, 2.6mm cord size
1x O-ring, outer diameter approx. 225mm, 2.6mm cord thickness (alternatively cut 2.6mm sealing cord)
2x O-ring, outer diameter 40mm, 3.5mm cord size
2x O-ring, outer diameter 26mm, 1.8mm cord thickness
1x O-ring, outer diameter 22.5mm, 1.8mm cord thickness
2x O-ring, outer diameter 19.5mm, 1.8mm cord thickness
4x O-ring, outer diameter 11.3mm, 1.8mm cord thickness
2x O-ring, outer diameter 14.6mm, 1.8mm cord thickness
2x O-ring, outer diameter 14.3mm, 2.5mm cord thickness
4x Teflon seals, outer diameter 27.5mm, inner diameter 25.2mm, 2.4mm high, 1.75mm wide in section profile
7 screw seals, metal ring outer diameter 15.25mm, inner diameter on the rubber 7.88mm, 1.7mm high

I have seal kits less the 4 teflon sealing rings for the output shaft. 360-739-7159
