outdrive finish protection
 

any suggestions on keeping a outdrive finish like new when leaving in fresh water for extended periods of time ? have all the necessary zincs . any products to apply ?

I use the magnesium anodes from Quicksilver (mercruiser) and they do a pretty good job. Like brand new ? Nah, but really good. :thumbs

These are boats that sit in fresh water for end of May till mid October.
