Greetings Everyone,

My name is James Eaton, and I am new to this forum site. Thought I would share some images, that I captured of the various teams, from the Saturday Practice Runs & Heats. I could not stay for the Finals on Sunday, so I only have images to share from Saturday. Please let me know your thoughts. If anyone is interested in seeing more images/ Full Size images from the Lake Cumberland Grand Prix, you can go to my Gallery on my website. The majority of my images, are panning shots, instead of just freezing the boats on the water. I had a wonderful time, meeting many of the teams, and their owners. Thank you for the compliment. I'm not sure what the rules are here, so I don't want to post too many images. Maybe an Admin, can let me know, what the rules are with regard to images.

I love boating & boat racing, and I am planning on shooting much more this season. If I can afford it, I will travel to more races.

Thank you. I have some awesome shots of the the Vee class series. Typhoon was quite photogenic. :) Wheres' Beckley. I don't recall seeing his boat on the water. :D

You can post whatever images you want (except for offensive of course). You are fine until you start advertising pictures for sale. At that point you need to be a paid advertiser.

There is another site if you want to post pics at its seriousoffshore.com We will see you in Sunnt Isle FL I hope. Big water great shots of boats flying.

Thank you for the reference to seriousoffshore.com. I just setup an acct last night. I haven't uploaded any pics yet.

I wish I could see everyone again in Sunny Isles/ Miami, but I don't have the money, to make a trip that far. I wish I did, but I don't. :( Now if teams want to help me, in getting me down there & finding someplace to stay, then I will gladly come, and shoot pics of Fast Boats getting Big Air. :)

Thank you for suggesting to Randy, about pointing me towards the various circuits. So far, looking at the various schedules, I might be able to make several of the following races:

SBI: Michigan City, IN & Moorhead City, NC
APBA: Madison Regatta- Madison, IN, Gold Cup- Detroit, MI, Thunder on the Ohio- Evansville, IN
OPA: St. Clair, MI, Port Clinton, OH, & Chattanooga, TN
OSS: Rumble on Lake Pontchartrain- Kenner, LA, Thunder on the Gulf- Orange Beach, AL, & Championships at LOTO, MO

I know I won't make em all, but I will definitely try to make a few of them.

My name is Chris, known as DriverofDonzi. Racegirl3 know me but I am a huge fan of Offshore Boat Racing and is working on becoming first deaf Driver to race.

So far I know. St Clair will host its 15th Annual this coming August so you do not want to miss the biggest show of all!

Thank you for writing. It would be awesome, if you succeed in your quest. I'm looking at many races, but it depends heavily on finances & scheduling. My wife can only handle a toddler & infant, for so long by herself. :kiss:

IDK about half. Time will tell. I'm definitely looking forward to the season, as it progresses. Being in Kentucky, I do have the advantage of being centrally located between the Gulf & Great Lakes. I had a blast at Cumberland, and will do my best to make it to a few more races. :D
