The Ohio, already has an event by a very similar name = Thunder on the Ohio, held in Evansville, run by a few things called Hydroplanes

Plus the Ohio River has too much debris in it & too much commercial traffic, to ever be a viable place to hold a powerboat race.

So your saying, there's already a "Thunder on the Ohio" in a thing called Hydroplanes, "BUTT" in your quote you indicate the ohio has too much debris & commercial traffic to EVER be a viable place to hold a powerboat race ..... What the hell are you drinking !!!!!!!
