What is this digital screen on dash?
 

I just bought a 2005 Formula 400ss and on my dash there is a screen that is about 4 inches wide..... It is all faded and is barely legible, what is this screen for and name of it? Can i replacement just the screen or do i have to replace the whole unit that is on my dash? Thanks.
