Default Analog to Digital or Nmea 2000 Box/converter

Does anyone make a Analog to Digital or Nmea 2000 Box/converter . IE something to take your old signals from Tach/temp/oil pressure and such and convert them to nmea2000 for use on Garmin/Raymarine or Similar.

I just ordered a twin pack of the NoLand Engineering version for a pair of carbureted small blocks. This thread is pretty old now. Has anyone had success with these or a similar solution?

I think you'll find those Noland units do what ya need. Use your existing gauge wring to the helm to save time and $$$.
