Waves and Wheels - Great service Great Experience

I have been meaning to post this for awhile now. Justin and his crew at waves and wheels have provided a tremendous customer experience on three boats of mine over the course of the last few years. Like many of us I have had a few experiences with service providers at the lake that were absolutely terrible. Waves and wheels has proven to me that they are the exception to that, or one of the exceptions to that (don't want to offend anyone, positive post).

I rarely recommend any type of service provider to my friends because I have been burned before and felt responsible when someone had a bad experience. I have recommended Justin multiple times over the last few years to people that have ended up very pleased with the service that they received. A close friend of mine who is very excited about his new (to him) 38 fever met with Justin this week and had a great experience, and he is looking forward to the enhancements to his ride.

I am writing this post because, as business owner myself I am aware that people are more likely to complain than to give complements, and I believe in this case a complement is due.

In case you wondering I have no affiliation with waves and wheels I am not in anyway compensated for expressing these thoughts. I would recommend waves and wheels to anyone.

I have NEVER heard a single negative word about Waves and Wheels. Everyone is always very happy with their work.

Only bad word I have for them is his (Justin's) refusal to give me the manuals for all the gear I paid for and he installed in my Formula. That being said it sounds great and I get not providing dip s#|+s like many boat owners too much info. I just like to read the manual.

That being said my cig is in right now to get a tune up, bigger and badder than I put in my Formula so I am a repeat customer. Doing some interior LED work too.

Sooner or later I am going to have to put the old stuff in my toon, its stereo sucks:pacifier:

Many manuals are available online in .PDF format for download/printing.

Most manufacturers don't even put printed copies in the boxes anymore. I'm a dealer for a few brands that W&W also sells, and most don't provide manuals, just direction to their website.
