38 cigarette audio upgrades.
 

I'm redoing the stereo in the cigarette this spring and need some opinions on how many batteries to run and what amps to run. I'm going to be running 2 pairs of the Jl 8.8s and 4 Jl m10 subs and probably 2/3 pairs of the Jl 7.7s and I'm wondering what is going to be the best amps to run this whole system and would I wanna add an extra battery or two? also need some inspiration photos.

Need more info.

Are you buying the M3 (cheaper version, but still good) or the M6 version. (higher wattage)

Looking for clear audio sound or loud volume?

Amp selection depends on wattage required, and volume/sound would possibly require different speaker selection.


Wet Sounds seems to maker higher powered amplifiers and speakers that project sound further.

JL seems to have a more "musical" sound with less power available from the amps.

A mix of both might be in the cards depending on what your goals are.


Good clean sound while under way, or being the loudest at the party cove?
