Insurance and Poker Runs
 
So, I'm getting ready for poker run season and was reviewing my insurance policy. There is a provision in my policy that states coverage is void during sanctioned race or jumping events.

Is a poker run a "sanctioned racing event". Who determines if it is.

Do you guys have similar provisions in your policies?

How do you get around this?

My renewal still year specified it included poker runs.

Just purchased new policy poker run's are included.
Check with Wozencraft Ins. Agency. 714-263-2575.
