Eliminator in Jack in the Box commercial?

Maybe Shueman could shed some light on this but I could swear I saw this boat in the latest Jack in the Box commercial.

Cuda Been...we have stock/customer boats being "borrowed" by the studios quite frequently...I don't have any specific knowledge on the Jack dealio though...
