First run this year!

I dropped in the Eagle XP 236 in my local lake today. It was about 50 degrees and sunny. It started OK but would not stay running I had to re-start it a few times before it would stay going. It must of been a fuel problem like air in the line or something. After it got going it ran well.
I am running a stock 454MPI magnum. Last year I got a 22P Bravo1 Labbed and pitched up to a 23" I never ran it so I put it on for the first run. I did hit the rev limiter and the speedo showed like 68 or 69. I was running a 24P stock B1 last year. And the best RPM I could get was 4900. I think the 24P Labbed will be the ticket. The 22P does pull real good from the hole. I will most likely run this for every day. I would like to hit 70 but my lake is a littl short and the speed limit is 40  I think with a longer run I could trim it out and get 70. We will see. |
Congrats and welcome back to the water.

Funny thing about living in michigan. Just wait a few days and its summer...then winter...then summer....
The bad thing about this picture is you cant see the two wave runners behind me!! |
Im with ut-welcome back to the water.
Question-In one shot you have on what looks like a jacket. In the next shot you have a t-shirt on. Being that the shots were taken in Michigan, were you having a hard time squeezing out that smile because it was -10?:D I guess i should open my eyes before I open my fingers, keyboardetc. I see that the temps were in your posts and the dates were also different. I feel like dork. I thought my comments were funny so i'll leave them. |
Dude, that smile on your face says it all!
