Prop size - 27' w/ 502 mag mpi

I'm logging some break-in hours on a new 502 Mag mpi in my 27' fundeck. The prior set-up was a 454 Mag mpi w/ 5# procharger. I built the 502 with the good stuff, cometic, ARP head studs, etc, so I can bolt the M1 back on. As mentioned, I want to get some "quality" break in hours before the M1 gets reinstalled.

Question: can anyone recommend a good prop that would be similar to the factory prop?

Right now I have the 28P Bravo1 (4)- blade on the boat that performed well with the procharged 454 mag mpi
(76mph best bouncing off the 5200 rpm rev limiter).

The 28p won't let the engine spin (55 mph @ 4100 rpm).
I'll bolt the 28p back on after the 50 hrs or so.

What's a good prop for this norm aspir'd 502 mag mpi?

Thanks all !!!!:readinghelp:

I say like a 24-25" Bravo One man. I Dont like to lug the motors that hard on break in.

Skydog;

Thanks for your input. My "W.A.G." was a 25p.

By the way, nice ride!
