Thru hull water depth transducer location on 25 Eagle?
 

I did a little investigating tonight as to why my depth gage has been intermittent lately. Turns out the thru hull transducer came out of the epoxy. It's been in there for 3 or so years, must not have stuck that well. Anyways, i know that my depth gage would really never read anything above a slow no wake speed with my hull. Is there a magic spot that can get this better? I had it located centered basically right under the engine prior. If there is a better spot that may let it read at higher speeds than just idle please let me know. Thanks.
