26" eliminator daytona extension box questions
 

I am adding an extension box to my Daytona and was wondering what prop you guys are using? I know there is several 26-27' Daytona's out there with boxes on them and just need to know if a 4 blade is still going to work or if I need to go to a 5 blade? I'm -2" on the X-dimension now that the extension box is on. I'm just hoping someone can help before I have to buy a couple more props. Thanks for the help.

When I had a 4 blade with that x at lower speeds the boat would start to fall of plane. Went to 5 blade and did not have problem anymore.

How did it affect your top speed? Does the boat feel like the back end is loose?

lost a few mph but I had spent more time going slower then faster.
