Need to find out what is under the floor of a '96 25 Eagle
 

I'm looking into options to better fasten down my seat bolsters to the floor as most screws are stripped. One option is to may an access hole and install a deck plate centered under each seat. Does anyone know what is in between the stringer and the outside of the boat under the front bolster seats? Is that going to be fully accessible? Or Foam cored? I hate the thought of making that hatch and then finding out I don't have access to the outside screws anyways..........
