Question on a 28 ?
I like the look of the 28 eagle, but does it have the West Coast low profile? Is this the case, or is it deep enough to keep you out of the wind?, being from New England I like windshields. if anyone has Dim's that would be great say from floor to top of seat and floor to top of windscreen.

Go to www.eliminatorboat.com and use the bulletin board to ask them for the dimensions and they will send them to you.
 |
boomer, It is fairly low in comparison to many other boats, but if you buy one that has the windshield, it will deflect most of the wind. A lot of the eagles that I have seen haven't had windshields. I'm sure you could probably call Eliminator and order one.
I hope this helps. |
I've got the windshield on mine. It works good. Can't imagine not having it.

Don't give up, you got it.
Nice ride Trouble-maker. I noticed the stereo remote on the dash. What kind of stereo is it and how do you like it. I would like to get one that supports the remotes. Do you boat at Lake Meade? |
I've got a Kenwood head unit and CD changer, couple of Alpine V-12 amps, subs, 6x9's. It sounds good..
Only suggestion on the remote is to get one that you can hook up more than one. Like 1 on the dash and 1 on the swim deck for example. I've seen Sony systems with multiple remotes. Haven't really looked into it to seriously for my system yet, but thinking about it. When your camping it sure would be nice to just step up to the back of the boat and adjust the track or volume - you know? I had a infared remote in my last boat, it didn't work very well though, if you was outside of the boat very far. Yeah, I'm at Mead, Mojave, or Havasu all the time. Spend too much money to not use it.. Take care.. Gary |
That is what I want to do, 2 remotes. I have the wireless remote also, but it is never where you need it and one of these days will end up in the water. Money, What's that. I'm a boat owner.
