Another Bravo conversion
Just started today on pulling everything out of my 1984 Excalibur to get it ready for some transome work and a bravo.
Here are a few pics, this will be a winter project so bare with me with the updates. You are off to a good start.
Have you bought a transom assembly yet? I found new ones for $1000. |

Got all the wood out today and sanded the fiberglas down flat. Now its time for some plywood and fiberglass.

How thick was your transom originally? Plywood thicknesses?
I hope to be building up mine Sat, then lay some wood in Sun. Don't think I can put in 4 layers of glass at once do to the heat buildup. |
