I picked one up a bit over a year ago.. Haven't gotten too far on it yet, but hope to THIS year...
This is what the previous owner had to start with... http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p...boatpic001.jpg http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p...boatpic010.jpg http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p...boatpic007.jpg My favorite... the fiber glassed over plywood engine hatch with a BIG scoop.... :grinser010: http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p...boatpic021.jpg When I picked it up it had been stripped and the "roller applied" red paint had mostly been sanded... http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p...r/P2630447.jpg So far I've patched the hole from the thru hull water pickup, sharpened the edges of the pad & strakes, and removed any hook. Got it sanded ready for gel coat.... http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p...r/P4280033.jpg Doug |
