Repairing cracked gel

What's the easiest way to repair small cracks in gel? I have a couple near bolt holes and they drive me crazy.

Thanks- Bryan

i use west systems 404 high density. epoxy is the only way to go. how large is the area that you are doing? you need to V it out with a die grinder and mix the epoxy/404 to a thick paste. on small areas i use an acid brush to kinda "sculpt"it in. is your boat painted or gel?

Thanks Dave.

The deck where the cracks are, is gel. The cracks are small and shallow. I picked up West gel and have West pigment for color match.
You would just use the epoxy and forgo the gel?

Thanks- Bryan

if they are small enough you can use the gel by itself. just V them out with a very fine carbide bit and a die grinder. actually if you have a Dremel you can get some pretty small bit for that. if you use the epoxy to do the repain the gel than needs to be sprayed on and blended in. do you have any pics?
