Default Removing oil from Trim Tab Blowout

I lost the oil on my port side Trim Tab and it covered the back of the hull with a black stain. Any suggestions on what will remove this? I tried Simple Green and Slimy Grimy so far, and neither touched it.

Does it take out ball point pen on white vinyl? Or is there something better? I've tried Knight's Marine 9 cleaner and GoJo, plus Goo Gone and the line is still there, although lighter.

Check out Mr Clean erasers--really magic and cheap. They clean white vinyl to as new--without any visible damage.

I have had good sucess with Superclean by Castrol in removing all kinds of petroleum spills and stains. Be sure to read and follow the directions though, as it is powerful stuff and can cause residual damage if used improperly.
