Default best lightweight options for new stringers

Im replacing the rear floor core and adding a bunch of new knees "stringers" to my new project OE mini cat. I plan on using big hp for this thing so weight is going to be a factor, I need something that is lightweight and strong to use as core for the new areas, any suggestions?

some pics of what it looks like now, and one of what its gonna look like when done.
