Painter and Cost ?
Looking for a paint shop that would like to take on my well for better words my job.The boat needs redone completlly.Any ballpark prices for a job like mine but would like the clear to last more than 20 minutes on the boat from coming off.Would like to bring the boat in nov. and have it back by jan 1.Any brave painters out there ready to tackle my project ?

sorry to hear this Rich. we all know what you have been dealing with. what is the boat again and do you have any pics that you could put up?. i am assuming that it is the one that was in your avitar? there is some great talent on this forum and i'm sure one of us can take care of it. also what part of the country are you in? unfortunate part is most or all of the paint that was done improperly will have to be removed.

Dave thanks for the response on this.I talked to Mitcher T today and he said a few things that was helpful.The boat will have to be totally strip is what a 2nd PPG rep said when he came to look at the mess today.

Mitch is the man, i have one of his boats in my shop right now. doing some custom glass work on an Awsome Cat that he did. that reminds me i have to contact him for some paint color info. are the PPG reps saying there product was at fault?
