Panther,
Sorry to hear about your butchered paint job.
There are pics of my boat in the Racers talk section, OPA thread titled;" Who is coming to play with the boyz in Md?" So far the paint job still looks good. To me, it was $1,200 well spent. (maybe someone could transfer the pics to this thread? P6-6 "Lock'D Up") I'm still computer illiterate. thanks!

They obviously never painted a trailer before. The manager told me, and I quote; "We don't paint the bottom of cars." I said; "Well it's obvious you've never painted a trailer before because it has 4 sides."

Putting in a credit card dispute today. Now the trailer needs to be sand blasted and painted from scratch cause it's obvious they didn't even bother to prime it since there's absolutely no primer overspray on the light spots they missed....

MAACO=butchery. They keep me in business. After you go to maaco, a year later you will come and see me and have it done right. The paint they use is barn paint and they don't pay their painters much, so what can you expect.Saying that they don't paint the bottom of cars is nonsence, thats what undercoating is for( in canada anyway).

Got a call from the GM at Maaco today in regards to my credit card charge back...

I negotiated a $300 credit and I'm moving on....an unfortunate lesson learned....

I made them give me an extra quart of paint and I'm going to media blast the rust spots and paint the bad spots and underside myself.... I wasn't looking for show quality, I just couldn't stand the pink anymore..
