If the core is wet with water NOT the resin for repair, then they are to TOTALLY different things/subjects. If the glass is wet or saturated with water there is a procedure called tenting that is usually done. Also there are some special vaccums that can be used with or withour applying heat & tenting. FYI it can sometimes take a few days or up to months on some hulls to extract the water depending on how it is done. If done without special tools & chemicals and or opening up the damaged area a little more it can take longer.. Again this is completley different from curing resins...... And no specific time frame can be given for how long it will take.. It is best to do it right though..
