you are wanting to make the just a three man setup? Is the deck flat or does it have an arch in it?

I'm not sure if theirs is aluminum or glass but i suppose you could do it either way. Of course my choice would be glass . I would just make a flat foam cored piece on a large waxed piece of Formica and cut to fit. If you wanted to get real slick cut the formica and set it up in a large "L" shape and form the deck and dashsection at the same time.

Hey Chris!
That undertow boat is a Corsa 26. I like the way they did the dash. If I were you I would have your uncle bend it up in tin and use it as a mold and glass inside of it. Im no glass man either but im pretty sure it would work. Hey Chris, post a pic of the boat you got. im curious. Ray
