If that PVC tubing was ridged enough you could have just stretched some fleece fabric over it and put resin on it....that would have hardened and would have saved you a TON of time cutting all those boards to fit the contours....thats the way they make the custom fiberglass subwoofer enclosures...and its also the way i made my dash to fit monster gauges....heres some pics of before during after...

Very cool. I love the lines of it. Nice work with the PVC pipe also. Now rip that weedeater off the back build a transom and drop a big block in it!! Then it would run as good as it looks.
