Question Painting Bomar hatch

Here is my question for you. I was thinking of painting my bomar deck hatches. I dont want to paint the entire hatch just the frame. What would be the best process and paint to use for it.

Thanks

Bomar hatches on the outlaw are aluminum, the inner trims are plastic.
