depends on the depth of the lip...

they are easy to deal with and manufacture most oem rubrails. if you want straight stainless rail, ask them about the company that makes their stainless end-caps and 90's. i don't recall their name offhand, but i saw them at ibex this year.

I've been doing the rub rail thing here the past couple weeks and have found Taco Marine to be the largest supplier with the biggest variety.

J, I used a rail with unequal length legs in the rail. The top leg is shorter to allow for a straight fit up against the fiberglass. If you use a flat rail, won't you have a huge gap to the hull side/underside??? Also, mine was aluminum not stainless. Really not sure if they make that style in SS.
That project was not fun, and had to go to the hospital with a second degree sunburn cause it took so long!!!
AL S-17 is what I used

Wow, I am glad I will be in the shop doing it! I think I might have to go with the AL S-21. I am really wanting the look of the hallow back stainless but, I think the one above will look just as good! Thanks for the help.
