Changing Graphic Colors

I am wanting to change the graphic colors that are currently on my boat and was wondering if there is a program that can you can upload a photo and modify colors easily. Didnt know if photoshop or any otheres had this option so I could have a look at the final color scheme?

Post a pic of your boat, i have the 35 lightning template in CorelDraw, I'll see what i can do. Are you just changing the color of the factory graphic? You could do it in PhotoShop but I'm not sure what the key strokes are.

Yes i am just going to change the colors of the factory graphics. Do you have an email addess that I could send a picture to? Or a phone # that I could contact you at?
