Default paint for side of the boat, under soem water

I see all this top sidde paint everyone is suggestign to use. A friend of mine is going to shoot the side of my boat for me. But towards the back its under water. Is there any piant i can use that wont blister? I will post a pic of what i am re-painting when i get home. Thanks

Alexseal over Vinylester gelcoat as a primer if needed.

I sprayed with interlux perfection. It's a 2 part polyureathane on sides and back, its been three years and holding up well. I trailer the boat and wipe it down every time I take it out of the water
