Fiberglass

I have little tiny bubbles in my gelcoat on my 1994 Baja 236 what are they from? They look like tiny air bubbles? They are on the outside of my hull more near the cabin on the sides?

could be UV damage or even a build quality issue. Really hard to say without seeing it first hand. Are they like blisters or air voids?
